Rache works with qualified therapists and multi-instrumentalists to offer an expanded repertoire of corporate wellbeing experiences.
Rache is a qualified breathwork facilitator, offering mindful breathing experiences to regulate brain activity by balancing the flow of oxygen to our brain. This immersion will enable participants to experience and learn simple and gentle techniques to use their breath to manage anxiety, stress, and fatigue, whilst improving mental clarity and restfulness.
Take a relaxing and transcendent journey through your mind with Rache’s contemporary sound bath of harmonic tones, frequencies and vibrations as Rache invites you into a sonic experience to create balance in the mind and body whilst enhancing your relationship with sound and yourselves.
This immersion offers groups time and space for creative expression, such as painting, drawing and creative writing. Art therapy stimulates the artistic right hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for creativity, emotion, intuition, and spatial ability. Studies have proven that expressing oneself through art, combined with giving a handmade gift, can increase serotonin levels and reduce depression and anxiety.
